My Work

I stopped using ‘techniques’ a long time ago and began developing my own method. My massage work is a unique and constantly evolving experience.

My professional training in Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Yoga and Clinical Herbal Medicine helps me to understand human energy systems and the body’s innate constitution.

I have also trained in a diverse range of physical therapies which includes: Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Breema Bodywork, Pranic Healing, Ayurvedic & Thai Massage.

I have been using this extensive knowledge base to heal myself and others for over 35 years. During this time, I have uncovered three key mindset shifts that are fundamental to every successful self-healing journey:

  • 1. The body heals itself when given the best possible conditions.

  • 2. If there is a need for healing in your life, then healing is a part of your life purpose.

  • 3. Healing is the road back home to the most authentic version of you.
